InSignLanguage Booking Payment Terms 

Deposit Requirement:

The full balance is due 7 after the scheduled appointment date.   

 

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the invoice.

Invoices:

Invoices are issued by finance@insignlanguage.co.uk with clear payment instructions and deadlines.  

 

Non-Payment Policy:

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the appointment, with applicable cancellation fees enforced.

Refunds and Adjustments:

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.  Overpayments or adjustments for services will be resolved within 10 business days of identification.
